²⁴ And he did what was evil in the sight of Yahweh; he did not depart from all the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which he made Israel sin. ^25 (A)He restored the border of Israel from ^[a](B)Lebo-hamath as far as ^(C)the Sea of the Arabah, according to the word of Yahweh, the God of Israel, which He spoke ^[b]through His servant ^(D)Jonah the son of Amittai, the prophet, who was of ^(E)Gath-hepher. ²⁶ For ^(F)Yahweh saw the affliction of Israel, which was very bitter; for ^(G)there was neither bond nor free, nor was there any helper for Israel.
